Cancelation policy varies. Reservations for the Holiday season of Dec. 21st thru Jan 1st has a 30 day cancel policy. Jan 2nd thru April 30th has a 21 day cancel policy. May 1st thru May 23rd and Nov. 1st thru Dec. 20th has a 14 day cancel policy. May 24th thru Oct 31st has a 7 day cancel policy.
Reservations canceled outside of the cancel policy will be charged for 2 nightsroom and tax and charged 3 nights during Dec. 21st thru Jan 1st.
